Bründlmayer, Lössterrassen Grüner Veltliner 2022

Josef & Philipp Bründlmayer are a father-son team who have carried on their (respectively) father/grandfather's passion for winemaking which started as a hobby but led to a career in the late 80s. Initially without any pumps, presses or experience, but a great deal of enthusiasm, Josef & Philipp have now transformed the family farm into a respected winegrowing operation. Lössterrassen 2022 is made with 100% Grüner Veltliner and is a perfect example of the vibrancy of this variety. Equal parts juicy and peppery, crisp and lively, it bursts with notes of tart green apple, lemon zest and grapefruit. The palate is light & bright with further fruitiness, a good minerality and lovely peppery finish.
